Our speaker
Alison Playford - Director-General, Transport Canberra & City Services
Alison Playford has over 30 years’ experience in both the Commonwealth and ACT Government public sectors. She has held a range of positions primarily in the justice policy area of public administration including as Director General of the ACT Justice and Community Safety Directorate before commencing her current role in June 2019.
Transport Canberra and City Services is a diverse department that is, amongst other things, transforming the ACT's transport system including a plan to have a zero-emission public transport system by 2040 and linking light rail, active transport and the bus network to reduce congestion and enhance the city.

Refund policy
Cancellations should be notified in writing by email. Cancellations received prior to one week before the event will receive a full refund less 25%. No refund will be applicable for cancellations received after one week prior to the event although substitute delegates are welcomed
