Julian Lyngcoln, Deputy Secretary - Planning, Department of Transport and Planning
Julian is Deputy Secretary in the Department of Environment Land, Water and Planning with nearly 20 years experience in State government. Julian is responsible for leading the State’s planning, building and heritage systems.
The Planning portfolio develops long-term integrated land use strategies and policies for Melbourne and regional Victoria, administers statutory planning, building and heritage responsibilities, and manages and regulates the planning system to support growth and enhance liveability.
Julian also leads DELWP’s collaborative work with local government and other key public and private stakeholders in State and metropolitan development, strategic and statutory planning, development regulation and environmental assessment.

Cancellations should be notified in writing by email. Cancellations received prior to one week before the event will receive a full refund less 25%. No refund will be applicable for cancellations received after one week prior to the event although substitute delegates are welcomed
