Jack Opiola has been very well-received as a keynote speaker at a previous Roads Australia Summit. Most recently, he has been advising the Obama Transition Team on transport issues in the USA. Jack's experience and work is directly relevant to the work of Roads Australia, particularly the Congestion Policy Chapter.
Jack will speak on user-pays road systems, as part of a package for success. The presentation will be followed by informal discussion and a two course lunch.
