POLICY Road Funding and Financing Chapter Launch (Melbourne)

Roads Australia will launch a new policy chapter to address the funding strategies open to the industry within a changed financial environment. Constraints on credit and diminished public surpluses put renewed emphasis on the need for infrastructure to be self-funding– through PPP’s and/or hypothecated funding.
