Mark Bowmer has been appointed to the role of Media Director with the ARF.
Mark brings a broad range of media and public relations skills to the position.
For the past 10 years he has run his own PR consultancy, providing project services for a diverse range of industrial and commercial clients, including Cement Concrete & Aggregates Australia and BlueScope Steel. Prior to that he was with Sydney-based PR company, The Project Group, working with some of Australia's major building and construction players.
Mark is looking forward to working with the ARF to enhance both its internal and external communications functions.
In welcoming Mark on board, ARF Chief Executive, Ian Webb, paid tribute to former Media Director, Christine Keyes.
“Christine is returning to a full-time position in the road transport industry,” he says.
“She leaves with our best wishes and thanks for the great work she has done in establishing this important new position in our organisation.”
